The Pilot House is able to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 34 in an atrium style private dining room. This room can be made available for your special event, durning the day or evening, thoughout most of the year. In addition, the Pilot House can accommodate larger groups of up to 100 in our main dining room. We will work with you to create an exceptional occasion. Our full service bar can be included for your occasion.

Below is a sampling of dinner and lunch menus available for special events. These are only a sample – our chef is very creative and versatile.

Dinner Choices:

Pilot House Sirloin –A choice cut blackened to order. Presented over a brown marsala sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Shellfish Scampi—Fresh sea scallops, large shrimp & broccoli sautéed in garlic butter with white wine, Italian seasonings.

Served over angel hair pasta.

Chicken Cordon Bleu – Baked breasts filled with Swiss cheese & ham and topped with supreme sauce.

The above selections include soup or salad, choice of potato

vegetable, dinner rolls, dessert, beverage (coffee, tea or fountain soda)

Lunch Choices:

Island Delight –Baked crab Imperial served on a toasted English muffin with tomato and cheddar cheese.

Turkey Platter – Open faced over white bread and topped with gravy and served with French fries and cranberry sauce.

Grilled Chicken Breast – Lightly seasoned, topped with American cheese and bacon, served on a kaiser roll.
